Barbara has been appraising since 1995 and was certified in 1997. She obtained her FHA Certification in 1998. Barbara continues to expand her knowledge with a variety of continuing education classes and specializes in the areas of Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Nelson in Kentucky Barbara also runs the day to day operations of BAS Appraisals, Inc. She has been appraising HUD/REO properties for 15 years. Barbara spends her recreational time gardening, boating, dancing and backyard barbeque parties.

Rhonda L. Hodges, Vice President
Rhonda has been appraising since 1998 and was certified in 2002. She obtained her FHA Certification in 2003. Rhonda is a leading appraiser in the manufactured home market and rural markets and continues to expand her knowledge through continuing education. She specializes in the areas of Jefferson, Shelby, Bullitt, Allen, Hart, Larue, Spencer, Hardin, Warren, Barren, Metcalfe, Edmonton in Kentucky. Rhonda spends her recreational time horseback riding, raising her children, and gardening.
